Some More Running Posts:

Firstly, Back At Parkrun. This week I ran with Mollie but was even slower than a few weeks ago as we had to stop!! One week we will get it right. Back At Parkrun.

Secondly, Back Out Running: Week 4: Running Is Nothing More Than. “Running is nothing more than a series of arguments between the part of your brain that wants to stop and the part that wants to keep going.” — Unknown. Well it has certainly felt like that, this week!! Back Out Running: Week 4: Running Is Nothing More Than.

Thirdly, Back Out Running: Week Three: Keep On Running. Also, I have had a bit of a roller coaster of a few week with stomach cramps. I know the running everyday would not have cause this but something did. Si, I gave up milk as I thought it was causing the pain. Then I thought about giving up running and then I clicked on what it could be. Back Out Running: Week Three: Keep On Running.

Runstreak: Week Two, Day Seven: Keep On Running:

Fourthly, Runstreak: Week Two, Day Seven: Keep On Running. Shh, don’t tell anyone!! I actually kinda like running again. If only it wasn’t for all these layers of clothes I put on before I start out. I get so tired out when I wear too many items of clothing and feel tired quicker but I hate leaving the house when it is so cold without lots of layers on either! Runstreak: Week Two, Day Seven: Keep On Running.

Fifth, Runstreak: Week One, Day Seven: Keep On Running. It has been a funny old week and now I have made my mind up to start running again. Maybe a year or even a year and half since I properly ran a few miles. Trouble is I just want to get back to running again without the start up pain as it is easy just to walk away and give it up again. Runstreak: Week One, Day Seven: Keep On Running.

Sixth, Just Did It! Wordless Wednesday Link Up. As I have a few weeks off work I made a deal with myself to run everyday a few miles with Mollie. Just Did It!

Seventh, 25 Minutes Parkrun Goal: Part 1 Run Mum Run. It was her first-ever Parkrun too. My Daughter got out of it this week by saying she did not feel to well and watched it with her brother. 25 Minutes Parkrun Goal: Part 1 Run Mum Run.

6 Top Fitness Tips For The Winter: Keep On Running:

Eighth, Top Fitness Tips For The Winter: Keep On Running. Even as an Olympic and World champion rower myself, the thought of winter training. When icy water splashes around in and around the boat on wet, windy cold days is not inspiring. 6 Top Fitness Tips For The Winter: Keep On Running.

Ninth, 5 Tips To Growing Old Gorgeously: Tips From Tristan Lee. It is inevitable that we all have to grow old, but some people don’t realise they are ageing until one day they look in the mirror and realise that they should have taken better care of themselves.

All is not lost though – Tristan Lee, The Gorgeousness Coach, who at 48 often gets mistaken for a 25-year-old, has prepared his top tips to help people work on the common complaints, today! 5 Tips To Growing Old Gorgeously.

Last But Not Least, Parkrun Summer Travels Clumber Park. A nice lazy day is planned for today!! Before the madness of getting ready for back to school on Wednesday. Why do I always leave a few things until the last minute!? You would think after having 4 children I would be more organised!! Parkrun Summer Travels Clumber Park.
