Meadowhall: What I Wore

Meadowhall: What I Wore.

Happy Tuesday.

Any fun plans for today?

What happened to the beautiful sunshine?

2 days of raining here.

Typical as the children are off school.

All go here at the minute with the holidays.

Meadowhall: What I Wore

My Daughter and I have just done a morning run with Mollie the Collie and then we are rushing around getting jobs done as we are off to London tomorrow for an exciting blogging event.

More on that later 😉

Meadowhall: What I Wore

On Saturday a few weeks ago, we had a run through to Meadowhall.

We love Meadowhall, so many lovely shops to look around and amazing places to eat.

Meadowhall: What I Wore

I was trying to spend my birthday money!!

Trouble is when you have money you never really see anything you would like to buy, then when you haven’t any spare money you see lots of things you want!

Typical.

Meadowhall: What I Wore

I wore my new birthday dress my husband brought me.

I love it.

Red polka dots is my all time favourite pattern.

Comfy shoes on to walk around the shops is a must nowadays.

  • Jacket: Next

Whilst we were out we had dinner there, of course, it is a must.

If your not hungry once you get there you will be after smelling all the amazing food when you’re there.

So many tasty choices here too!

My Daughter and I both went for yummy Chinese!!

The hubby and son had chip shop, the kebab looked amazing too.

I was looking for a new jacket.

Here I am trying on a new dark denim jacket in Next.

It fits and it was a good price so I brought it!

Yeah, result! Some of my Birthday money spent.

Meadowhall: What I Wore

As always we had a great time in Meadowhall.

Also resisted buying the Krispy Kreme doughnuts so a bonus here as I am trying to be good.

Only trying though. lol.

We nearly did come home with some 😉 Meadowhall: What I Wore

Do you ever see anything you want to buy when you have the spare money?

I still have some birthday money left, 3 weeks later!!

Another beautiful red dress. This one is so classic because of the fit+flare style and the polka dots. Red is your color, Claire! Welcome by Thursday and join all these latest outfits with me, dear. Thanks, Ada. =)

Your dress is wonderful! I love the red and white polka dots. They look so good with the denim jacket!

Big polka dot fan here, too. That dress looks lovely on you. Like it with the denim jacket over it too. And those Clark's shoes look very cute and comfy. I totally relate to not finding things when you have the spare cash. I also find that whenever I'm shopping with something very specific in mind I never find it, but once I "settle" for something else that is similar, I always end up finding what I was originally looking for. Very frustrating, indeed!

You dress looks fantastic on you and seems quite versatile in that you can dress it up or down depending upon accessories

I was just comparing how your daughter looks here and in the family picture over at your About Me page. She has most certainly grown up 🙂 and grown increasingly lovely too xoxo

I usually can't find anything when I have spare money….but I always do eventually end up spending it. I love that dress on you! Looks like a fun visit!
