Let It Snow, Let It Snow. Welcome To The Weekend Blog Hop. Hello friends. Happy Friday. So how are you today? I can not believe we are already half way through December! The weeks are spinning by.

This week we have had all weathers, including snow and rain. None at the minute though. It has all been washed away.

Mollie The Border Collie

Let It Snow, Let It Snow:

Mollie has been enjoying the snow. No stopping her.

She also has a nice big Winter coat but I don’t put it on her when she is in frisbee mode as she sprints like mad and would get to warm and irritated when she is running in it.

I laughed so much when I first put her coat on. Not because she looked funny, it was because she looked so sweet. It was like dressing a toddler again.

Aww, Mollie.

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow
Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow
Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

Oh no, someone behind he has just kicked Mollie’s ball.

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

My Daughter was happy she got to make a snowman. Even though he was so small and had to be placed on the bins to make him look bigger.

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

Firstly, Mollie And The… So guess what!? Last week this happened: It snowed! And Mollie loved it!! She was like a kid in a sweet shop when she saw it. Running around the garden at 100 miles an hour!! Then a few days later it was gone again!! Mollie.

Secondly, Shadow Shot Sunday: How Cool Is This Bench!? It was so peaceful around here. Underneath the trees and sitting amongst the shadows and the fallen Autumn leaves.  Deep in the middle of the forest. Fancy a sit-down here? Shadow Shot Sunday: How Cool Is This Bench!?

Thirdly, A Random Gate, Snow Photos, And Berries. Something a little different on the blog today as I am loving the Noir edits in these photos. Did you also get snow too? It is starting to go so we had to have a walk in the park before it disappears altogether. A Random Gate, Snow Photos, And Berries.

Street Art Saturday: How To Fake It Till You Make It!!

Fourthly, Street Art Saturday: How To Fake It Till You Make It!! If we were not in lockdown over the last few months I would be travelling around looking for photos of street art to take my outfit in front of!! Street Art Saturday: How To Fake It Till You Make It!!

Fifth, Snowy Way!! What I Wore: Over 40 Style. Snowy Way!! So a surprise awaits when I looked out the window today. Snow!! I am not surprised, though. Last night it was freezing when my husband fetched me from work. With a real feel temperature of 7 degrees. What I Wore: Over 40 Style.

Sixth, Do You Want To Build A Snowman: What I Wore. Nowadays, we don’t receive much snow. It normally rains away the snow as soon as it falls. We didn’t get any snow last year, so it was lovely to see it come in and settle for a change. I enjoy seeing the brilliant white snow, but it quickly becomes mucky when people walk on it. That’s when I don’t like it when it freezes and turns to ice. I don’t enjoy working evenings either!! That means I’ll have to walk home because I won’t be able to drive. It’s beginning to feel a little like Christmas around here. It’s interesting how every year on Christmas Day, we wish for snow but never get it. Do You Want To Build A Snowman: What I Wore.

What gorgeous snowy pics Claire – your dog is just handsome! I'm so jealous of everyone who got snow, we had nothing but grey, gloomy skies here. Thanks for hosting, I've linked up both my blogs this week 🙂 x

We still have plenty of snow; in fact we got another dusting last night. We haven't yet made a snowman though. I tried to get my boys to make one but they told me they needed a lot more snow so they could make a giant one. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Our snow is all gone! Mollie really looks like she is having fun! Thank you so much for hosting, Claire. I'm sharing a Brandy and Mincemeat Cake today. It's a great last minute homemade substitute for traditional fruit cake. Hope you have a lovely weekend! Thank you for the link up!

Claire,Mollie looks sweet. As much as I like cats, I hope one day to have a dog. They are your best friends no matter what! We got a light dusting of snow last Friday but it didn't stick around. I'd love to have snow for Christmas. Our forecast is calling for snow on Christmas morning but I'm sure it won't amount to anything. One can always keep dreaming of a white Christmas (for anyone easily offended that's not a racist remark…just saying. LOL), though, right? Have a good weekend, dear friend! 😉

Hi Cathy, I would love snow on Christmas day too. It would put the icing on the cake for my children 🙂 Thanks for joining us.

Mollie is so adorable! And so is your daughter! Our snow won't melt until May at this point. It just keeps snowing and snowing where I live…inches and feet at a time! I am already over it (mostly because it ruins my cute shoes) and we haven't even reached the Winter Solstice yet! Have a great weekend, my friend.Shelbeewww.shelbeeontheedge.com

Oh wow Shelee, I love to see it come but only for a few days. My kids would love to live where you do 🙂

We've had rain and snow and bitter cold this week too!

    • 17 December 2017 / 06:54

I don't mind the cold when we have snow but hate it at other times Tamar!

I couldn't wait to get out in the snow the other day! We didn't have nearly as muc as you though here in London. I like the high vis on Mollies coat. A good idea for this time of year xx

Thanks Laurie. Shame it only really settled for a day or two though.
