Sunday Runday ...



After all my lazy summer weeks exercise is back on and feeling good. Running is great, slow but great and exercise classes are not hurting as much as the week before!!

No Pain No Gain!!



Only thing with eatting fruit is how much sugar they contain!


Get fit or eat pie trying...


My moto.. Run first eat cake later...

Yesterday I improved my Parkrun time by 2 minutes on this course I did 2 weeks ago...

25 minutes and 42 seconds for 5km ...

Yeah I was such a happy bunny. ..

My fastest time this year...

My all time pb is 24 minutes 35 seconds, so not far to go until I take that pb and smash it :):)

This weeks exercise~

Monday~

4 miles run
45 minutes Spinning class
45 minutes Body sculpture class

Tuesday~

3 miles run
45 minutes Spinning class
45 minutes Fitball class


Wednesday~

5 miles run
1 mile swim

Thursday~

1 hour body pump class
45 minutes Spinning class

Friday~

6 miles bike ride

Saturday~

5km Parkrun

Sunday~

Day off

All I want to know now is~ am I in London Marathon!?!

If yes great, I will train up long slow miles...

If no great!?! 

I will train up short faster miles for a good 5km and 10km race time!!

Any day know I could get the London marathon magazine through..

Sunday Runday : On A Fitness Mission Week 1...



On a mission to get fit has taken a turn for the worst since the children have broken up from school for the summer holiday. Days out, chips and doughnuts at the seaside!! but not to worry as this month I still lost weight (2lb) and my body fat came down 0.07. 

So going in the right direction...


Running is starting to feel good again this week...



This weeks exercise-

  • Monday-
  • Day off.
  • Tuesday-
  • 3.67 miles run, only thoughts were- Manage to force myself go for a run...
  • Wednesday-
  • 5 miles- Up early and on the run, felt great today even if it did rain all the way. Knee started to hurt at just before 5 so called it a day. Longest run in ages :):):)
  • 6 miles bike ride with the children.




  • Thursday-
  • 3.51 miles run- Tired after 5 miles run & 6 miles bike ride yesterday. Nice run ...
  • 2 mile run and 30 minutes weights.
  • Friday-
  • 3.51 miles run- Nice little run before breakfast...
  • Saturday-
  • 3 miles on scooter with my daughter.
  • Sunday-
  • Day off me thinks...

I really need to eat more apples..


Making more effort to go out before the children wake up..


Trying to add more fruit to breakfast (instead of eatting biscuits after with my cup of tea!!)...
