What a lovely day for a run!?! The sun was shining brightly so I made sure I had time to get out for a run today. I am happy to get back out running without limping after my fall on Sunday. 3 miles done today so on with my training plans!!
On a mission to get fit has taken a turn for the worst since the children have broken up from school for the summer holiday. Days out, chips and doughnuts at the seaside!! but not to worry as this month I still lost weight (2lb) and my body fat came down 0.07.
So going in the right direction...
Running is starting to feel good again this week...
This weeks exercise-
3.67 miles run, only thoughts were- Manage to force myself go for a run...
5 miles- Up early and on the run, felt great today even if it did rain all the way. Knee started to hurt at just before 5 so called it a day. Longest run in ages :):):)
6 miles bike ride with the children.
3.51 miles run- Tired after 5 miles run & 6 miles bike ride yesterday. Nice run ...
2 mile run and 30 minutes weights.
