Today I'm sharing some pictures of me the photographer ( or should I say want to be photographer!!)

This was on a bike ride just me my husband and 2 cameras to Newstead Abbey.

We I took some beautiful pictures of the Abbey, waterfall and peacocks, which I will share once I get change. ( I wish there were more hours in the day to go though photos, just and hour or 2 ;)!! )

Blackpool Trams And The Standard 147....

When in blackpool this summer we happened to just be around the pleasure beach when lots of people were taking photos of this very old tram. It was just a case of being in the right place at the right time to see it as 5 minutes later and we would have missed it....

Blackpool 'standard' 147.

This is the only one of  7 built that has survived it was built by Hurst Nelson in 1924.

The trams of today at Blackpool look a lot different...

The Photo Gallery:World Photography Day....

Over at The Gallery this week the theme is World Photography day and we have been set a challenge to take a photo to treasure for generations to come.

As my husband was at work and my older boys were out for the day we didn't have anywhere exciting to go...

So I made up a challenge to visit 5 parks in 5 hours....

After the first one we were very hungry and popped back home for some lunch....

I was tired then and hoped they hade forgotten the challenge I had set them but no after some food they were set for the next park....

Being a hot day the parks were full so we found a few quite spots for photos...

A quick run on the track....

Asit on the park watching the ducks...

Then off to the next park....

Then at last we made it to the 5th park....

And they did it 5 parks in 5 hours...

This day we will remember for years to come ....

now lets see what everyone else did to celebrate World Photography Day over at The Gallery,,,,
