A few weeks ago I got to review some Gel Indicate Trainers from Asics as part of the Pound The Road campaign. I love to run and having new kit always gives me some extra motivation. I was so pleased how comfy the trainers are. I am happily back into regular running now and each run feels just that bit easier.
Last week I got some very exciting news from The Running Bug , who organised the reviews, that I have been chosen to be one of Asics Ambassadors for the August #PoundTheRoad campaign too.
This means I get to try out some more fabulous trainers that are exclusive to Intersports.

Over the last week and half me and my daughter have been getting out and having lots of fun on our scooters. Dressing the part in my cut off 5-minute makeover jeans a t-shirt I've never worn before 'Bring it on now' and comfy Nike boots. We been up early scootering around the streets and taking trips out to the park. I am now looking forward to a few days out next week and my scooter is coming with us ..

JD Sports contacted me last week to ask if I would like to review a pair of Converse All Stars canvas shoes. I jumped at the chance. Converse are my favourite brand when it comes to pumps and JD Sports is a retailer you can trust.

Last week I was excited to be asked by Blacks to try out and review some of their Merrell barefoot running lite shoes.
I love my running trainers and I have tried all kinds of sports shoes over the years, but never any close to barefoot style before. I have read lots of articles over the last few months on barefoot running, how some experts say its good for you and others not so sure, so I was really looking forward to getting the chance to try them out.
I picked out the Merrell mix master road glides as I thought this style looked very nice and bright for night time training.

Been a while since I have done my fitness post their is always something that comes along and stops me from getting my fitness posts done.After a year and half saying I want to get fitter and lose a stone in weight I am finally getting around to doing something about it but thing always get in the way to slow my plans down.
