03/06 Creative Mondays: World Bicycle Day:

So Today I Am Sharing 5 bike post for World Bicycle Day:

Firstly, Bike Ride Around London: Welcome To The Weekend. Today I’m sharing some images from a day in London that I had a lot of fun with. A few weeks ago, my husband and I, together with our youngest son, went on our own for the day. My son wanted to go to his favourite football stadium to get a new t-shirt, whereas I wanted to go to Hampstead Heath.

When we arrived, my husband suggested that we rent bikes and ride to Arsenal’s stadium first. We arrived and discovered there were no locations to dock our bikes because we were outside of the docking zone. However, it took us a long time to realise that we were no longer on the radar. We discovered a docking spot for all of us two hours later. Bike Ride Around London: Welcome To The Weekend.

Secondly, Sunday Runday: Newstead Abbey Bike Ride. I’m still trying to get back on my feet after my fall. I’ve gone for a couple bike rides and had a great time. Every weekday, I go for a 2-mile bike ride while my son runs his daily miles. On Wednesday, I rode my bike for 10 miles, and on Friday, we rode for little under 21 kilometres. A romantic journey through Newstead Abbey.

It’s such a lovely spot to visit. Have you been here before? However, you should take it slowly so that you can take in the scenery. We made a photo stop along the way, as you do. The weather in the spring is ideal for riding bicycles. Are you a cyclist that enjoys going for a ride? At Newstead Abby, we come here frequently. Sunday Runday: Newstead Abbey Bike Ride.

Thirdly, Bikes Through The Decades With Halfords. We’re thinking about last-minute gifts as usual. My husband and I have also begun remembering over Christmas gifts that we received or did not receive. A child’s first bike is, in our opinion, one of the all-time classic gifts.

Do you recall your first bicycle? My first was a three-wheeled trike with a gorgeous glossy blue bike with a bright pink elephant on the seat!! After all these years, my parents still have it in their shed!!What a fantastic idea.

However, as a kid, my all-time favourite bike was the ultimate style classic from the 1970s: the Chopper. Everyone had Choppers, Grifters, or the Strika when I was a kid in the 1970s, and they were all built in Nottingham, I believe. Bikes Through The Decades With Halfords.

Fourthly, My Weekly Top Shot. Taken in London. Bike Ride Anyone? My Weekly Top Shot.

Fifth, Holidays, Trains And Bike Rides: Life Lately. On Wednesday we decided to go visit my mum and dad, and have a day out at grandma and granddad.

They live about 10 miles away but if we walk a mile to the train station, then catch the train for a little while, it is only another 2 miles there. So 6 miles with 2 children on bikes and me running, easy right!?! Holidays, Trains And Bike Rides: Life Lately.
