    I love green asparagus but I’m not so keen on white. I’ve been eating lots of asparagus risotto which is really easy to make and tastes really yummy :o)

    OH I just love asparagus. I often just roast ours in the oven with some garlic and salt. I like it just a tiny bit crunchy still.
