17 Assorted Vegan Recipes To Try This Veganuary:

Spinning Around. My head is spinning so much at the minute with one thing or another. Work, Blogging, Children off school, waiting for news on two of my children’s health, house upside down with building work and Christmas. So exciting too.

Hopefully by Sunday all the floor in the new dining room will be finished off and I can get my home back to normal by Monday.

My advice, never have building work done in December hoping it will all be done for Christmas. Even if it was finished it would have still been a crazy few days getting all Christmas things done. You can see how my Christmas presents started off neat and ended up messy here. Everything has been one mad rush!! But mostly all good fun.

Christmas Tree Down:

The Christmas tree was also up then down in a flash this year so I am planning not to do anything big in the house next December to make up for it. I am looking forward to a nice relaxing January but the again part of my family want to start a run streak challenge and the other half want me to join a gym with them again!! Arrgg!! I just need lots of energy sent my way!!

I also have a fun holiday booked this January with a few of my cousins I have not met up with in years. One lives in France and can you believe I have only seen her once in about 35 years? It is going to be so much fun. I can not wait!!

We have booked an hotel in Brighton, somewhere I have always wanted to go. We have planned to go out in some fun bars and spend the weekend cooking, eating and drinking. It will be epic!!

I thought I would leap straight back into blogging with a fun topic that will be buzzing this January. Veganuary 2020!! I have a lot of tasty vegan recipes to share with you so what better place to start?
