Do you like to make tasty filling smoothies?
Today’s guest post adds cereal to them to make them more filling.
Yum yum, need to give this one a go!!
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 200g vanilla yogurt
- 2 whole wheat cereal biscuits
- 1 tsp cocoa
- Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve with a dusting of cocoa.

7g fat of which 4g saturates
55g carbohydrate of which 26g sugars
4g dietary fibre
