10 Things I’ve Learned From A 11 Week Old Sheepdog. Hello friends. So today I am sharing another fun post with Mollie The Collie in it because I love sharing her life with you.
Also, she is so sweet.
Some fun facts I’ve learnt from having a puppy.
10 Things I’ve Learned From A 11 Week Old Sheepdog:
1.) Firstly, You Gain So Many New Friends:
People who have walked by you on the street for years and never spoke to you before now want to be friends.
Strangers in the street will stop and talk. Most people will stop you to have a chat stop.
2.) Secondly, A Quick Walk Can Last An Hour:
A 30-minute school run now takes over an hour.
3.) Thirdly, Puppies Eat Everything And Anything:
Little stones in the garden, look like pieces of dog food. Mollie now cannot be left anywhere along! She tries to eat them.
Free time? No, my time has now gone.
4.) Fourthly, Long Dresses Can Not Be Worn:
Maxi dresses are no longer the right dress code to wear. They are like a rip and tear game to her. See how long it takes to rip it.
I was up a ladder painting wearing a maxi dress, the next minute she ripped by pulling at the bottom to get my attention. It ripped at the seams and I was nearly wearing a top!
5.) Fifth, Everything Is A Game To Mollie:
Going upstairs is a game of catching me!
See how long it take your mum for me to run and catch me!!
6.) Sixth, Ear Muffs Are Your New Best Friend:
She has just discovered she can bark! So loud too!! And tries it out a lot!
7.) Seventh, No Need For A Gardener:
She loves to dig in the garden but nowhere I want her to dig!
8.) Eighth, Play Ball Is So Much Fun:
Playing fetch with the ball is now starting to be so fun as she can bring the ball back when she feels like it.
9.) Ninth, I Feel Guilty Leaving The House:
If you have to go out in the day she whines so hard when you first leave and makes you feel so guilty.
No trip to the gym again for me today!!
10.) Last But Not Least: A Great Welcome Home:
When you arrive home, even just after 20 minutes later as you feel guilty staying out, she makes a fuss like you have been away years. I think so!!
Worth going out for!! Now Mollie has had her second injection we can go walkies. Now, this is going to be fun!!
