Perfect for those seeking a healthier alternative to the traditional green-coloured shakes.
This smoothie is full of yummy ingredients. With one cup of spinach, 1 tasty banana to make the smoothie thicker, ¼ of a tasty avocado, 4 tablespoons mint, ½ cup of Greek Yogurt and a cup of almond milk or milk of your choice.
Celebrate this St Patrick’s Day with this indulgent creamy Shamrock Shake with a minty flavour twist.
Skinny Shamrock Shake:
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Banana
- ¼ Avocado
- 4 Tablespoons Mint
- ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
How To Make:
Directions in a NutriBullet:
- Add all solid ingredients into a tall cup.
- Fill to MAX line with liquids.
- Blend until smooth, for approximately 30 seconds.
Serve straight away.
You can also mix and match any ingredients you do not like. I love to add peanut butter to all my smoothies too.
