4 Ways To Add More Asparagus Into Your Diet..

We love Asparagus here, we would eat it every day if we could!! it is one of my favourite vegetables.

Today I’m sharing 4 fun ways to add more asparagus to your diet.

1.) Strawberries And Asparagus:

2 of my favourite things strawberries and asparagus so why not eat them together!?

Cooked and cooled. A nice and low-fat snack or lunch.

How about making a strawberry and asparagus salad?

This is how I like to Cook My Asparagus.

You could also make some sweet BerryWorld Strawberry And British Asparagus Mini Quiches.

This recipe is quick and easy – using bought puff pastry it’s a twist on a classic quiche. Crème fraiche, eggs and pink peppercorns work together beautifully and the final result looks & tastes divine. Sometimes I like to make tiny individual tarts for picnics.

2.) Fried With Bacon:

 Fried with bacon. How yummy and tasty!

These quick and easy bites make for a straightforward delicious lunch, or nibbles at a dinner party.

3.) Adding To Salads:

With cooked tomatoes and a boiled egg salad. Delicious.
