Happy weekend! We love Saturday as it is Parkrun day.
Nothing more fun that going into the woods and running with lots of strangers all trying to beat each other, ha!! Have you ever ran Parkrun before?
When you have put all that effort into running, you really need something nice and healthy to eat afterwards. Today I have a really healthy recipe to share with you.

Start your day with this yummy bowl full of fruit and goodness.

With bright flavours, fast-acting sugars for a quick dose of energy, dietary fibre for longer-lasting energy and our SuperFood Energy Boost, your body will liven up fast, without a headache or jittery feeling often brought on by coffee or sugary energy drinks.
How To Make An Energy Blast Bowl:
- 1 Handful Swiss Chard
- 1 Bananas
- ½ Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Peaches
- 3 Leaves Mint
- 1 Dash Vanilla Extract
- 1 ½ Teaspoons SuperFood Energy Boost
- 1 ½ Cups Almond Milk
- Add all of the ingredients to your Tall Cup and Extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Top your smoothie bowl with some fruit of your choice.
