Serves: 1 (makes 400ml)
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
What You Need:
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp Meridian coconut & peanut butter
- 250ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Seeds scraped from half a vanilla pod
What You Do:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Chill and serve topped with extra chia seeds.
