How To Make Nut Butter Vanilla Breakfast Smoothie:


(Gluten and Dairy Free)

Serves: 1 (makes 400ml)

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes

What You Need:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp Meridian coconut & peanut butter
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Seeds scraped from half a vanilla pod

What You Do:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Chill and serve topped with extra chia seeds.
