We love smoothies and vegetable juice drinks.
They are a great way to keep topped up on your fruit and vegetables daily.
This is my Daughter’s favourite drink when she has done her run.
Orange, Apple And Carrot Juice:
Ingredient per glass :
- 2 oranges
- 2 carrots
- 1 Red apple
You will need:
- A juicer
- Chop your fruit and carrots up into 3 or 4 pieces. Just small enough for them to fit into your juicer.
- Start your juice until all fruit juiced, not long then!
- Ready to serve and drink, straight away.
