4 Fruit Cups To Start Your Day…

I am trying to be healthier and get more fruit into my diet rather than eating cakes and biscuits.

I love this idea of serving your fruit ready to eat in a cup or mug. 

These cups would be perfect for breakfast, brunch or elevenses, don’t you think? 

1.) Peach cup.

2. Raspberry cup.

3.) Ready made fruit cocktail.

4.) Orange, blood red orange or grapefruit sliced and cut into quarters.

What do you think? 

Makes eating fruit a little more fun?
