Classy Salmon, Radish & Cheese Crackers are perfect for summer evenings on the garden, BBQ’s and fun parties.
Grilled, seared, smoked or baked, salmon is a summer favourite, especially when teamed with its trusty taste companion – Primula Cheese.
This recipe is topped with a finely sliced radish for simple seasonality.
Ingredients: (Serves 6):
- 2 sea salt flat breads
- 150g tube of Primula Cheese with Prawn
- 60g smoked salmon
- 1 radish, finely sliced
- Parsley, finely chopped
- Dill leaves
- Cracked black pepper
- Lemon zest
- Take the cracker, spread with Primula and place smoked salmon on top.
- Make it extra special by sprinkling with a little radish, lemon zest, parsley and dill.
- Finally, season with black pepper
