How To Make A Post-Workout Protein Smoothie:
What you need:
- 2 Medjool dates
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp Sevenhills Wholefoods organic raw hemp protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp of raw honey
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
- 350ml almond milk
- Big handful of spinach
What you do:
- Pit the dates then blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
