Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 2 Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit, peeled and roughly chopped
- 30g granola or sugar-free muesli
- 1 pot of coconut yogurt
- Coconut ﬂakes to decorate
How To Make:
- Place the Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit in a blender and process until smooth.
- Place the granola in a glass, spoon over the yogurt, top with the Zespri® SunGold kiwifruit and decorate with toasted coconut (or chopped dried apricots).
