Raspberry & Brazil Nut Vinaigrette…

Fancy trying this Raspberry & Brazil Nut Vinaigrette out?

(Gluten, Dairy Free, Vegan).

Add more taste to your salad with this delightful Brazil nut dressing.

How To Make An Raspberry & Brazil Nut Vinaigrette:

Makes: 1 jar

Takes: 2 minutes

What you need:

  • 1tbsp Raspberry Vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1tbsp Meridian brazil nut butter 
  • ½ tsp Meridian maple syrup 
  • ½ tsp dijon mustard

What you do:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jar with salt and pepper, screw the lid on tightly and shake vigorously.

Notes: Great with a goats cheese salad.

    I've never seen Brazil nut butter. Sounds very interesting and delicious!
