How To Make Super Green Pumpkin Pesto:
Makes: around 200ml
Takes: 5 minutes
What you need:
- 70g parmesan grated (or vegan alternative)
- 30g basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 2tbsp Meridian pumpkin seed butter
- 75ml olive oil
What you do:
- Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Notes: This makes quite a thick pesto, add more olive oil if you want it thinner.
