Gluten Free Bircher Muesli

How To Make Gluten Free Bircher Muesli:

What You Need:

  • 25g Delicious Alchemy Gluten Free Oats

  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 4 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 tbsp milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 apple grated
  • Raisins and cranberries to sprinkle on top

What You Do:

Step 1:

In a bowl or jar, add the oats, raisins, cranberries, apple juice, milk and water and mix well.

Cover the muesli and leave to soak in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably overnight.

Step 2:

In the morning, grate the apples and mix into the muesli.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, raisins and cranberries – enjoy!
