I love making smoothies. Do you love smoothies too?
I have filled my fridge up with lots of fruit and vegetables. Also, including lots of things for smoothies like Kale, Spinach, bananas and frozen berries. How delicious!?
Onto the recipes:
4 Fruity Smoothies To Start Your New Year:
1.) Breakfast Shake full of seasonal berries. How delicious? I love using seasonal berries as you can mix and match the ingredients depending on what you fancy. Another good thing about season berries is that if you buy them frozen you can use them all year around. Do you fancy trying this breakfast shake?
2.) Spinach Smoothie with spinach, almond milk, banana and a few other ingredients. I love using spinach in smoothies. Do you. They are so healthy for you and taste delicious. Fancy trying this one?
3. A yummy Berryworld Blueberry Buzz Smoothie. What’s not to love about blueberries? One of my favourite ingredients to use in smoothies. At this time of year, these work out cheaper and always available in the freezer too.
4.) Kale And Fruit Smoothie. Have you ever tried adding kale to a smoothie? If not, you really should. Tasty, healthy, yummy!
