Strawberries, Peach And Banana Milkshake. How yummy!?
I mentioned a few days ago; how we love making smoothies. For us, it is the easiest way of getting most of your 5 a day fruit into your diet.
What a great start to the day or perfect after going to the gym. A few fresh or frozen ingredients with milk also make’s the best treats.
How To Make A Strawberries, Peach And Banana Milkshake:
- 100g Strawberries, hulled and stalks removed
- 1 large ripe peach, stone removed
- 2 small bananas, peeled and chopped
- 150 ml Skimmed milk
- Wash, hull and remove the stalks to the strawberries. Wash and remove the stone to the peach and chop up into smaller pieces. Peel and chop the bananas.
- Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend together until nice and smooth.
- Delicious. Enjoy!
