Today I have not one but 3 Lean Machines’ juice recipes for you to try out. These are super healthy and naturally colourful too.

3 Super Healthy Lean Machines Juice Recipes To Try Out:

Spring Booster


  • 1 peeled grapefruit
  • 2 satsumas
  • 3 handfuls of kale

Good to know:

  •  Kale contains Vitamin A which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin.
  • Oranges contain Vitamin C which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
  • Grapefruit is also rich in Vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

Get Up And Go


  • 2 carrots
  • 2 small apples
  • Inch cube peeled ginger

Good to know:

  • Carrots are full of vitamin A, contributing to the maintenance of normal skin. 
  • Apples contain Vitamin C, contributing to the normal function of both the immune and nervous systems.
  • Ginger contains magnesium, contributing to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.

The Glow Getter:


  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pear
  • 1 gala apple

Good to know:

  • Spinach is packed with iron which is great for reducing tiredness and fatigue.
  • Lemon is full of vitamin C to contribute to the normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, skin and blood vessels.
  • Cucumber is a great source of vitamin K to help maintain normal bones and contribute to normal blood clotting.
  • Pears are a good source of minerals including iron to maintain the normal function of the immune system, potassium to contribute to normal muscle function, and copper which contributes to normal skin and hair pigmentation.
  • Apples are a source of Vitamin A, contributing to the maintenance of normal skin.

Simply pop all of your fruit and veg into a juice machine and juice away!!
