1.) Caramelised Apple & Cinnamon Porridge:

This delicious breakfast will give you a comforting start to the day with aromatic cinnamon and sweet apples!

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Core and slice the apple and place in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  2. Whilst they are cooking combine the porridge oats and Vita Coco Coconut Milk in a separate pan and begin to cook.
  3. Turn the apples occasionally until they are brown and have started to caramelise in their own juices.
  4. By now your porridge should be cooked.
  5. Transfer into a bowl and top with the apples, mixed nuts and large sprinkling of cinnamon.

Caramelised Pear Porridge with Cashew Nuts & Coconut Flakes:

Who says porridge has to be boring?

With tangy pears and crunchy cashew nuts, this breakfast will have you going coconuts all day!

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Combine the oats and Vita Coco Coconut Milk in a pan over a medium heat and allow to cook.
  2. Meanwhile, core and slice the pear and arrange in a frying pan over a medium heat, allowing the pear to caramelise in its own juices.
  3. Once the porridge is cooked, transfer into a bowl and mix with the pear.
  4. Sprinkle the cashews, raisins and coconut flakes on top.

Coconut Porridge with Figs, Pistachios & Honey:

This quick and easy porridge combines delicious figs with crunchy pistachios and a dash of sweet honey – breakfast never looked (and tasted) so good!

Method:

  1. Combine the oats and Vita Coco Coconut Milk in a pan over a medium heat and allow to cook.
  2. Chop the figs into slices and put to one side.
  3. Once the porridge is ready, transfer into a bowl and top with the figs and the pistachios.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of honey.
