9 Pineapple Recipes To Try Out: The Comeback Kid...


Happy Tuesday friends.

Did you know that pineapples have suddenly become Britain's fastest-growing fruit and are overtaking avocados as the fastest growing fruit in the country? 

Pineapple being named The Comeback Kid!

According to Tesco, demand for pineapple is accelerating, with sales increasing by around 15% in the last year. In fact, pineapples are now the fastest growing fruit in the UK and it’s no wonder pineapples are proving so popular.


With demand at an all-time high I thought I would share some pineapple recipes with you today to try out:

Breakfast Time:

  3. I just love pineapple. I rarely end up cooking with it though since I tend to eat quite a bit of it as I chop it up. I do love it with plain yogurt and granola for breakfast as a parfait.

  4. Hi Claire, I never knew pineapples grew in England! Okay, I know what you meant, but I couldn't help myself. I do like a nice ripe pineapple and you've shared some tasty sounding recipes. I'd never have thought to add pineapple to cheese on toast, but why not? I love it on pizza. That fruit platter looks good too.
