Spring has finally arrived and today I am sharing some seasonal recipes. Also, love rhubarb anyone? ( I know I do. Rhubarb crumble is my favourite!!).

Whenever I hear the word rhubarb I think of the sweets we used to buy as a kid.

Anyway here are 9 Rhubarb Recipes To Try Out This Spring:

1.) Rhubarb And Strawberry Crumble. Firstly, how about making a nice and tasty Rhubarb and Strawberry Crumble? This recipe is made by Roisin Proulx. Roisin says: โ€˜My mum made this recipe a few years ago and now I make it for my children. Everyone loves it. It is the tastiest crumble ever!โ€™ So what’s not to love about crumbles and fresh custard!? Yummy! Rhubarb And Strawberry Crumble. So yummy.
