Perfect for kids at Christmas time. This cranberry mocktail is fun for all the family topped with a floating Rudolph.

How To Make Rudolph’s Cranberry Mocktail:

Makes: 4

Prep time: 15 mins

What You Will Need:

For The Cranberry Syrup:

  • 300g cranberries
  • 100ml water
  • 100g sugar

For The Decoration:

  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Marshmallows
  • Cloves
  • Cocktail sticks
  • Cranberries

For The Drink:

  • Elderflower presse

How To Make Rudolph’s Cranberry Mocktail:

  1. Heat the cranberries, water and sugar over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Once cool strain the syrup through a sieve.
  4. Prepare the Rudolph heads Insert two cloves as eyes.
  5. Two rosemary sprig as antlers.
  6. Use half a cocktail stick to fix a cranberry nose.
  7. Add two tablespoons of syrup, extra crushed rosemary and ice in each glass.
  8. Place Rudolph in glass to decorate.
