It has been amazing weather here in the UK this week and it is set to get warmer this weekend. What have we done to deserve this nice weather in Winter? It feels like Spring has come around early. I am sure if it does get colder again we will really feel it!

Sad to here that dailymile is closing down. When I was at my fittest I made loads of running friends on there. I loved logging my training on dailymile back in the day and was hoping one day to be fit enough to start putting my training back on. Not anymore. I still have lots of these inspiring running friends on my Facebook and keep up to date with there training.
