On a mission to get fit, lose weight and gain muscle.
First goal to get back into running regularly again.
I can’t believe it had been over a year since I last ran Parkrun. As it only feels like a few months ago. Now managed to run 2 in two weeks.
I stop running Parkrun because I was about 12 minutes behind my PB. A year later I’m still 12 minutes behind my PB but I’m not letting it stop me no more.
I’m going to start chasing my running dreams instead of running away from them!! In the words “just do it” !!
A great start to the day last Saturday with a 5K Parkrun 🏃♂️.
Now my Husband, youngest Son and I are all back out running again🌞.
I have just got to talk my Daughter into running again🤞.

This week I ran with Mollie but was even slower than a few weeks ago as we had to stop!! One week we will get it right.
