Delicious Ways To Celebrate National Apple Day:
Are you an apple fan? Do you eat them everyday? An apple a day, keeps the doctor away. Or so I was told, growing up.

Firstly, Blackberry And Roasted Apple Juice. Juice anyone? Do you fancy making your own juice? How about making some blackberry and roasted apple juice drinks? Yeap, roasted apples whizzed up with some blackberries and a few more ingredients. Delicious. Tasty. Fresh. Healthy. Blackberry and Roasted Apple Juice. So tasty.

Secondly, Pickled Apples: Great For Health Benefits. The polyhphenols present in apples help to reduce the fluctuations of blood sugar, which is particularly important for people suffering from diabetes. When you combine this with the health advantages of acetic acid, which is found in vinegar, you’ve got yourself a winner. Apples are also high in iron and can be used to cure anaemia; however, the season is never long enough for me. Particularly considering the quantity of apples we produce at the restaurant. When there aren’t any apples in season, pickled apples are frequently on the menu for the rest of the year. Pickled Apples: Great For Health Benefits.

Apples Baked With Fruit And Nuts:
Thirdly, Apples Baked With Fruit And Nuts. Baked apples can go in the oven along with a roast or whatever else is in there, so long as the temperature is around the middling mark. Apples Baked With Fruit And Nuts: Autumn Comfort Foods.

Fourthly, How To Make Apple Of Your Eye Pie. What better way to celebrate National Apple Day than by baking a classic apple pie? The aroma of cinnamon and freshly baked apples wafting through the house is sure to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The definitive recipe for the perfect apple pie – also just like mum used to make – with scrumptious South African Golden Delicious and Granny Smith apples for a fabulous flavour combo! Fifth, Celery And Apple Matchstick Salad. A fresh, herby salad with plenty of crunch. The dressing should be slightly chunky, more like a salsa to give added texture. Oh, and it just so happens to be vegan! So what’s not to love? Celery And Apple Matchstick Salad.
