3 In 30 And Fitness Friday: 28th July:

This is how the first challenge went: 3 In 30 Challenge And A Fitness Friday Catch Up. This month I am joining in with the 3 in 30 challenge. How fun! Have you heard of the 3 in 30 challenge before?

What does the 30-day challenge do? It encourages you to pick 3 goals for the month and stick to them. A motivational challenge. 30 days of motivation. 3 In 30 Challenge And A Fitness Friday Catch Up.

3 In 30 And Fitness Friday:

1.) Run At Least A Mile A Day:

  • Saturday 7 miles
  • Sunday   8 miles
  • Monday  2 miles
  • Tuesday  5 miles
  • Wednesday 7 miles
  • Thursday     4 miles

2.) Exercise DVDs:

  • 20 minutes Zumba
  • 20 minutes Zumba
  • When I set my 3 in 30 goals I forgot all 4 kids break up for summer so it has been hard finding time to run and  Zumba but hopefully come September I can make Zumba part of my exercise routine.

3. Lose Some Weight:

  • This goal may have to wait a while…Not been to bad this week but then again not been to good either.

So what do you think about my goals and how I tried to achieve them? Have you been taking part in the challenge?

Firstly, Top Fitness Tips For The Winter: Keep On Running. Even as an Olympic and World champion rower myself, the thought of winter training. When icy water splashes around in and around the boat on wet, windy cold days is not inspiring. This can lead to an increased risk of injury as people forget that they are not in their peak summer fitness. Also, often challenge themselves with similar intensity workouts, without the baseline fitness or warming up correctly. Top Fitness Tips For The Winter: Keep On Running.

Secondly, California Walnut Power Balls: Healthier Treats. Also a great way to add more protein to your diet and perfect after a gym workout. These power balls have just 4 healthy ingredients and only take about 10 minutes to make. So easy to make too. Thirdly, Gel Glorify Asics Exclusive At Intersport. Last week I got some very exciting news from The Running Bug. From the PR who organised the reviews, that I have been chosen to be one of the Asics Ambassadors for the August #PoundTheRoad campaign too. Gel Glorify Asics Exclusive At Intersport.

25 Minutes Parkrun Goal: Part 1 Run Mum Run:

Fourthly, 25 Minutes Parkrun Goal: Part 1 Run Mum Run. Firstly, I can not believe how unfit I have become over Winter. Two Saturday’s ago, we ran our first Parkrun of the year. In the pouring rain too. Me, my youngest son and my eldest Son girlfriend ran the race. 25 Minutes Parkrun Goal: Part 1. So fun.

Fifth, Zaggora Hot Pant Capri Review. I am a big fan of Zaggora products, they are my favourite way of losing a few pounds quickly by sweating away the excess weight. I had previously reviewed the hotpant 2.0 in September and I loved them, but over the winter I’ve not been wearing the hotpants as they were just a little short to keep me warm with all the cold weather we had. Zaggora Hot Pant Capri Review. So fun.
