#WelcomeToTheWeekendBlogHop
Hello friends, Happy Friday. Another month has just flown by. I can not believe it will be December tomorrow, already!!
I hope you all have had a lovely week? Are you all ready for the weekend?
My 2nd eldest is coming home from Uni tonight so I am looking forward to catching up with him.
Welcome To The Weekend Link Up. Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you have fun at this week’s blog hop.
30/11 Five On Friday: #WeekendLinkUp
Today I am sharing 5 posts I have either written this week or stumbled upon again and think you might like to read.
30/11 Five On Friday:
1.) Nottingham Winter Wonderland:
A trip with My Daughter to see the Winter Wonderland market in Nottingham.
I love this time of year when you go shopping and everywhere is decorated up for Christmas.
On Friday, last week it was an inset day for my Daughter so we spent the day in Nottingham, looking for Christmas present ideas.
I’m not sure if you can see properly but my Daughter’s braces have had a Christmas makeover too.
She had had red and green bands put in for Christmas.
2.) Primula Santa’s Cheese Cakes:
Give the family something to ho ho ho! about with scrumptious bite-sized Primula Santa Cheese Cakes – a decadent way of using Primula Original Cheese in your festive baking.
3.) Christmas Dresses From Want That Trend Review:
Time to pull out all the Christmas jumpers and outfits out the back of the wardrobe.
When it comes to Christmas season, I am a big kid! I love everything about Christmas and the run-up to the big day.
Last year we got the chance to review 2 matching Christmas dresses from Want That Trend for me and my Daughter.
Matching dresses for me and mini-me, how lovely.

4.) 5 Holiday Cocktails To Try Out This Christmas:
I love to make up and drink cocktails but the funny thing is I only remember to make them at Christmas.
Maybe it is because it is the only time of the year we buy a few different bottles of booze in!?
To make the best cocktails you do need a good selection of alcohol and fruit in, don’t you?
Do you like making cocktail recipes up at Christmas too?
Or do you make them throughout the year too?
Cocktails are Perfect for dinner dates, Valentine’s day, Summer nights on the garden, BBQ’S and any kind of adult parties.
Sometimes I make the children alcohol free cocktails and they love them. Especially when I fill them with fruit.
I love to make different combinations up. I also like to fill them with ice and pieces of fruits too. Strawberries being my favourites.
Are you looking to find some new cocktail recipes to make up this Christmas?
Or do you have a favourite recipe you makeup, time and time again?

5.) Wine Advent Calendar Review:
I have always been a huge fan of Christmas Season. On the 1st December, every year the tree goes up and out comes the advent calendars.
Even my Husband and University aged children love one each. The countdown officially begins.
Each morning before breakfast me and my two youngest rush for our advent calendars and eat the chocolate as quickly as we can.
The Husband, on the other hand, likes to save them a few days and open them up altogether! Crafty…
Fancy a grown-up Advent Calendar this year?

Hi, thanks so much for joining us. I have just followed you back Thanks for the follow 🙂
Those matching Christmas are the best! I don’t know what it is with matching but I love it especially with family. That’s awesome that your son is back home for the weekend. My son is too young for me to know the feeling of having him go away but I do know I always get happy when my parents are in town. Have a great weekend Claire and happy Friday!
