I have filled my fridge up with lots of fruit and vegetables. Also, including lots of things for smoothies like Kale, Spinach, bananas and frozen berries. How delicious!?

I love using seasonal berries as you can mix and match the ingredients depending on what you fancy.

Another good thing about season berries is that if you buy them frozen you can use them all year around.

How about whizzing up a delicious Spinach Smoothie? This one includes spinach, almond milk, a banana and a few other ingredients.

I love using spinach in smoothies.

At this time of year, these work out cheaper and always available in the freezer too.
