I love making smoothies. Do you love smoothies too?

I have filled my fridge up with lots of fruit and vegetables. Also, including lots of things for smoothies like Kale, Spinach, bananas and frozen berries. How delicious!?

I love using seasonal berries as you can mix and match the ingredients depending on what you fancy.

Another good thing about season berries is that if you buy them frozen you can use them all year around.

Secondly, Spinach Smoothie:

So how about whizzing up a delicious Spinach Smoothie? This one includes spinach, almond milk, a banana and a few other ingredients.

I love using spinach in smoothies.

They are so healthy for you and taste delicious.

Not to mention, how cool do they look in the lovely green colour?

A yummy Berryworld Blueberry Buzz Smoothie. So tasty.

What’s not to love about blueberries?

One of my favourite ingredients to use in smoothies.

At this time of year, these work out cheaper and always available in the freezer too.


Last But Not Least, Kale And Fruit Smoothie:

Do you like to make up tasty smoothies?

Do you also like to add vegetables to them?

This smoothie has got Strawberries, banana, kale and peanut butter in it and is all mixed together with your favourite choice of milk. Yum Yum!!
