When the snow arrived at the beginning of the month it was so much fun. Everybody loved it. Before it had settled the children wanted to go out and play in it. Walks out, snowballing fun, making snowmen, slipping, sliding, Nerf fun and going on a walkie talkie adventure.
Now a month later and the snow is back again {lost count how many times it has come and gone now this month!}. Not too much fun now, cold, icy and everyone is fed up with it. The flu, colds and fever has caught us all {apart from hubby} and now I am really looking forward to warmer weather…
This was a 6 miles walk through the woods when the snow was exciting ..

No snow in the north east yet. Have been visiting family in Kirkby. Snow when we arrived, but gone by the end of the day. Just more mud to get the dog filthy in.

I had my fair share of fever/virus this winter , I so hope I won't catch anything else, at least for a while! the photos are so lovely…today it was snowing here but the snow didn't stay for long because it's not cold enough.

I love snow, when it is fresh and soft and fun. Not so good when it turns to ice 🙁 we have only had a smattering here, not sure if that is a good or bad thing!xx #countrykids
