We love Christmas dinner. We all agree in our house, that it is the best meal of the whole year! It is like a Sunday dinner but a lot posher!!
We swap a small chicken for a large turkey. Use fresh vegetables aplenty instead of frozen. Have mountains of side dishes. Add some pigs in blankets or devils on horseback, whatever you call them!?
Not forgetting to wash it all down with some tasty white wine. Also eat far too much. No room left for pudding even though every year I plan something nice.
Having lots of little side foods on our Christmas dinner make it all the more special.

As mentioned above, for our Christmas dinner is the best meal of the year. A day we all spend together as a family too. So it has to be special and have all our favourite things on it.
Also, it has to have Brussels, even though I hate them!! yuk!! Lol. No worries though as we get mushy peas and the youngest 2 children do not like them so we all get something we are not to keen on.
