A Family Fun Day Out In Bakewell. Hello friends, so how are you today? Now the weather is getting a little warmer we are starting to get out on more days out again.

Last week we got to visit Bakewell in the Peak District for the first time this year. We all love it here. Always plenty of things to do, see and eat!

A Family Fun Day Out In Bakewell:

We did not get to walk up the peaks as short on time. We walked around the parks, grabbed a quick game of table tennis near the cricket pitch and a lovely walk around the river. 

Thing’s To Do In Bakewell:

1. Firstly, play ping pong on their fee tables. Just take your own ping pong bat and ball.
2. Secondly, play basket ball on their free basket ball courts, again take your own basket ball.
3. Take your kids to the park here these is lots of fun thing’s for them to do.
4. Walk around the river, so many beautiful spots to see.
5. Visit the lots of yummy cake shops and buy a world famous Bakewell pudding.
6. Have some yummy fish and chips by the river.
7. Have a walk up the steep hill to the church. You can see for miles here too.

Love seeing all the Spring flowers popping up everywhere. Just hope the wind we had this week has not damaged all of them.

Now looking forward to removing the hats and coat weather, surely not to far away!?! How do you spend a day in Bakewell?

So now I’m presenting some images from the summer of a few years ago, when the flowers were at their peak.

Bakewell is an English town. Bakewell is a market town and civil parish in Derbyshire, England, best known for its Bakewell pudding. It’s about 13 miles south-west of Sheffield, on the Wye River. Flowers are one of my favourite subjects to photograph. Because they are so lovely. Do you feel the same way? For the first time this year, we were able to visit last week.
