Thankfully it is a lovely day again today. I am not liking the flash floods, thunder and lightning!! No way of getting out on the bikes with the children yesterday!!

Saturday I did my first Park run 5k race in 5 months. Back on the running yeah. But my slowest time, noooo. 27 minutes 10. On good thing is I’ve set a goal to improve on. Will I ever get to 24 minutes?
