A Winter Walk…

On Sunday as it was such a beautiful day we had a ride out to Chesterfield. If felt like a lovely Spring day. So warm for the time of year with the sun out and shining so brightly.

I was so pleased to see signs of Spring arriving when I stumble by these beautiful flowers. 

My daughter has a habit of pulling a face or giving me a “No I’m not smiling look when I take photos at the minute”. My son is always happy to has his took although I think he was giving me the same look here!!

We found a Carousels set up in the market place. I love to see signs of the fair. Reminds me of Summer..

Now the children have broken up from school for half term we have to make plans what to do next week. I hope we get some nice dry weather and maybe a added bonus of sunshine!?! for our fun days out..

    Oh my – I cannot believe I see crocuses, spring! We have got it so very cold here. Unusually cold, the daily high is at -8° C – brrrrh – I don't like winter. I think I'll warm up looking at your sunny pics 🙂

    It looks like you definitely had the weather on your side for this trip! It's great when unexpected days out end up being fab, I think spring really is around the corner now!     Sunshine makes such a difference – come on spring hurry up! The crocuses and the carousel add lovely colour too during a winter walk.
