Apart Together- Morph In London

Apart Together- Morph In London.

Hello friends, so how are you today? Happy Wednesday. We had a lovely day out on Monday and a day in London as the husband and I were both off work. Clocking up an amazing 28,753 steps. and over 12 miles walked.

Whilst in London we stumbled upon Morph’s Epic Art Adventure In London 2023.

Have you heard of this exhibition?

Remember Morph?

Watch my reel here for 20 of the Morphs: Remember Morph?

If you are around my age you might remember him. Well, this is what happened when we stumbled upon Morph’s Epic Art Adventure in London.

We spotted these all around The River Themes. We spotted 20 Morphs in total but there are 56 Morph sculptures and 23 mini-Morphs! Have you spotted any? Remember Morph?

The popular claymation character Morph was created in the UK. Did you watch it too?

He was created by Peter Lord and David Sproxton of Aardman Animations, the same company that created Wallace and Gromit and Shaun the Sheep, two other well-known characters.

Another few British stop-motion comedy animations we all loved.

Apart Together- Morph In London. Tony Hart, an artist, presented a children’s television show called “Take Hart” in the 1970s where Morph made his debut.

I used to love watching Morph. Following his debut on “Take Hart,” Morph later had his own spin-off series, “The Amazing Adventures of Morph.

Morph has developed a devoted following over time and is now regarded as a classic figure in the field of stop-motion animation.

He is still well-liked by both kids and adults, and his charming and cheerful temperament has made him a beloved TV character.

I loved Tony Hart and Morph as a child! One of my colleagues and his brother helped to design one of the Morphs – it has messages from wheelchair users on it. I’d love to go and see them. Thanks for linking up!
