I am happy to say I have started running again. Last week I ran 4; three-mile runs. The longest I have run since November last year.
This week I have already run on Monday and Tuesday. I think it is time for a day off today!
I am so achy this week.
Running never gets any easier.
Or at least it does not feel like it yet!
Happy to be back on the run and even ran 4 miles to the gym and back with 40 minutes gym session thrown in on Monday. Go Me!

Well done! I am not a runner by any means but if I did run I'm pretty sure I could not have run to the gym, worked out, and then run back home. That's fantastic.

Well you have certainly made a difference to my wardrobe by being so very inspirational so now I will get back to running too but only a beginner so one baby step at a time. Thanks for hosting.
