Are Trifle Sponges Gluten-Free?
Most trifle sponges are not so you could try making your own with gluten-free flour or not add the sponges to the recipe.
Why not use some gluten-free cupcakes instead?
Trifle Which Alcohol?
This trifle has not got alcohol in it but if you prefer you could add a splash of alcohol to it. Sherry is especially my favourite spirit to add to trifles.

This trifle is best made and served straight away. So yummy!
