

Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 100g Strawberries
- 100g Blueberries
- 200ml Semi skimmed milk
Method:
- Wash the fruit and if big strawberries chop in half.
- Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender.
- Place settings on mix for 30 seconds and smooth for 30 seconds.
- Serve straight away.
