Time for a smoothie recipe, methinks!! Embarking on a mission to conquer the day, I decided to start my morning with a blueberry smoothie – a fruity concoction that promised to turn my day from “blah” to “berrylicious.”

As I blended the blueberries into submission, they looked like tiny rebels ready to take on the blender in their purple insurgency.
With a swirl and a whirl, the blender created a masterpiece that resembled a vibrant galaxy in a glass, complete with berry goodness.
Sipping my concoction, I felt like an astronaut exploring the uncharted territories of flavour space. Forget about coffee; this blueberry smoothie was my rocket fuel for the day, propelling me into a world of antioxidants.
I was ready to face the challenges of the day, armed with a silly grin and a purple mustache – the unavoidable side effect of my morning berry escapade.
So, here’s to starting the day with a yummy shake and a hint of blueberry-induced eccentricity!

How To Make A Blueberry Smoothie:
Serves 1
Ingredient:
- 100g Blueberries
- 1 Teaspoon honey
- 2 Small bananas
- 50g Natural yogurt
- 100ml Semi Skimmed milk or milk of your choice
- A handful of ice cubes
Blueberry Smoothie:
Method:
- Firstly, place all ingredients into a smoothie maker and mix for 30 seconds then smooth for 30 seconds.
- Serve straight away. Enjoy.
