Love chocolate brownies?
Did you know today is Brownie Day?
Today I am sharing 4 brownie recipes to help you celebrate Brownie Day!!
What’s not to love about these yummy cakes?
1.) Beetroot Brownies:
What a great combination!? Beetroot in being healthy and getting some of your 5 a day fruit or vegetables in and yummy chocolate cake!
This recipe is from Haywards.
They say: “Our baby beetroot adds a sweet and sour zing and a burst of colour to these chocolate-laden brownies.”.
What do you think of adding beetroot to cakes?
How about trying these?
2.) White Blondies:
Something new to me, white blondies.
These blondies look like just brownies and are By Lorraine Pascale and she explains more:
“It must have been the Americans that came up with the name ‘blondies’. Otherwise, the brownies would have all the fun?!
Do use the green pistachios, which you can usually find in the cooks’ or special ingredients section of the supermarket.
If you struggle to find these, my suggestion would be to leave them out altogether, as the dried old ones in their shells are simply no substitute whatsoever.
Try a different nut, like a walnut or pecan, for that added textural crunch.”

3.) Chocolate Brownies:
We love anything chocolate-Y here and this is 2nd oldest Sons favourite chocolate brownies recipes.
Something special about brownies, yum!!
I think it must be the gooey chocolate soft centres!?
My Son makes the perfect cakes too.
They go together perfectly with a nice glass of cold milk.
Nice and easy Plain Chocolate Brownies.
4.) Gluten-free Brownies:
Are you or do you know someone who is on a gluten-free diet?
Why miss out on a cake when you can make Gluten Free ones?
How about making up and trying these Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies? They are (Dairy + Gluten Free).
They’re super scrummy and extra squidgy. What is not to love about chocolate brownies?
