California Walnut And Lemon Parsley Spaghetti:

This recipe is vegetarian as well as being suitable for vegan. Of course, you can easily make it gluten-free too. Just change which pasta you will be using for a gluten-free one.
How To Make California Walnut And Lemon Parsley Spaghetti:
Serving: 2 people
Ingredients:
160g spaghetti or (gluten-free spaghetti)
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp olive oil
100g California walnuts, toasted and finely chopped
50g flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Zest of 1 lemon and juice of half
California Walnut And Lemon Parsley Spaghetti Preparation:
1.) Cook the spaghetti as per the pack instructions.
2.) Using a medium-sized non-stick frying pan. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil. Over a medium heat, cook the garlic is fragrant and soft. For about one to two minutes.
3.) Drain the pasta and add to the pan.
Finally,
Then stir the walnuts, parsley, zest and lemon juice into the pan.
Season to taste and serve.

What Kind Of Parsley Do You Use For Pasta?
So in this recipe, we use flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped.
How Do You Add Parsley To Pasta?
Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Stir in the parsley with a few other ingredients.
Which Parsley Is Better For You?
Parsley such as, Italian flat-leaf parsley has a strong flavour.
With a strong flavour, it also holds up is better for cooking.

- Pasta pan
- Frying pan
Ingredients
- 160g spaghetti
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 100g California walnuts, toasted and finely chopped

Instructions
