Chocolate Brownies And How We Make Ours. Hello friends, so how are you todsy?
We love anything chocolate-Y here and today I am sharing my 2nd oldest sons favourite chocolate brownies recipes. Something special about brownies, yum!!
I think it must be the gooey chocolate soft centres!? They go together perfect with a nice glass of cold milk.
My son is now at Uni but he likes to make these for us when he is home. He eats really healthy at uni too.
Chocolate Brownies And How We Make Ours:
Sometime brownies work out expensive when you have to buy chocolate to melt and chocolate to add in to them.
These are just as tasty and you do not notice the extra missing chocolate.
Plus we always have the ingredients at hand.
Great in bite-size pieces so not to have to much cake at once.
Then again…
One piece is not enough!!
Serves: 12 Large pieces or cut each piece into another 4 to make 48 mini bites.
Cooking time around 30 minutes.
Chocolate Brownies Ingredients:
175g Margarine
325g Caster sugar
2 eggs
150g Self raising flour
75g Cocoa powder
1 tsp Vanilla extracts
1 tsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
Method:
1.) Preheat the oven {fan} 180c. Grease and line a medium size baking tray with grease-proof paper.
2.) Place the margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well with an electric whisk until creamy.
3.) Add the eggs, one at a time with a little flour, mix well. Then add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
4.) Place the mixture into the well-greased tray and bake for around 25-30 minutes. Take out the oven and leave to cool slightly in the tray.
5.) Once cool cut into 12 pieces and transfer to a cooling rack.
Last but not least, Enjoy!
