Happy Creative Monday lovelies. Si I hope you have all had a lovely weekend? Also I am so pleased you have stopped by to join us for this week’s Creative Mondays Link Up.

I have had a lovely few days away with my Husband over the weekend. We stayed at the Hilton hotel in Bristol for a couple of days and then fetched our 2nd eldest Son home on Sunday from his year-long University placement.

We did not want to drive there and back in one day so it made a good sense to stay a few nights and explore Bristol.

How cool is this Gromit made out of Lego? It was our first of what I hope to be many visits to Bristol, as my Son has been offered a Uni grad place next year.

So he will be moving down there in the future and setting up home.

How lucky were we to just get to see the Gromit Unleashed 2 Sculptures in Bristol before they start to pack up and moved at the start of this week?

I was just saying to my Husband on the way down I can remember the Wallice And Gromit Sculptures being inBristol a few years ago, and how I would have liked to see some.

No idea they had some more!! How fun!! Yeap, I got quite a few photos of them to share with you soon!!

Alternative you could also firewalk across thousands of building blocks! Who fancies a barefoot walk over Lego challenge? Not me!! Haha!

With 4 children I have done this 100’s of times over the years. Cracking Build Gromit. See you again soon, Bristol.

So much to see in Bristol and so many places I would also love to visit nearby too. We cannot wait to visit again. Maybe a trip to Wales next time too!? Oh and would love to visit the seaside at Weston-super-Mare.

Such a fun post! I just shared it with my boys and they loved it! They thought the walking barefoot over Legos challenge was funny. They do love their Legos and these crazy creations. There is an artist local to our area who builds the most amazing structures from toothpicks. You might enjoy it….check out toothpickcity.com

Aren’t Lego sculptures the best?! I love admiring the fact that someone has talent and skill to build something out of little plastic pieces. I love seeing the creative ways the Lego stores get whenever I see one because there’s always a structure that is way cool that is built for all of us to peruse! Sounds like you had a few great days in Bristol with your hubby, that is awesome! Nothing quite like spending time with the significant other, right?! Happy Monday!
